Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of the WonderLang game and related services. By downloading, installing or using WonderLang, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. General terms
WonderLang is an educational RPG designed to help users learn languages through interactive gameplay. These terms apply to players, testers and contributors. We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. License and restrictions
WonderLang grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute or sell the game or its content without permission, use it for an unlawful purpose, or attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the software.
3. User data and privacy
WonderLang may collect and store gameplay data to improve learning. Data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the security of your account.
4. In-game purchases
WonderLang may include optional in-game purchases. These purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Report unauthorized transactions or payment issues to the relevant payment service provider.
5. Limitation of liability
WonderLang is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free or uninterrupted. We shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the game.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using WonderLang and delete copies of the game.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes arising from use of WonderLang shall be resolved in the courts of Paris.
