Orders, access & cloud saves

For purchase or access problems, email orders@wonderlang.app with your purchase email and order reference. Never send passwords, payment-card details or sign-in links.

For a website purchase, sign in on the account page using the same email as your purchase to claim access, then use that account in the game. Cloud saves require an eligible entitlement.

Report a bug

Include your device, operating system, game version, learning language, what happened and how to reproduce it. A screenshot helps. We investigate reports as quickly as possible; resolution times depend on the issue.
